教育部:“十三五”期間高校新增教材4.3萬余種,類型更加豐富

中(zhong)國教(jiao)育(yu)報-中(zhong)國教(jiao)育(yu)新(xin)(xin)聞網北京12月24日訊(記者 趙秀紅 王家源)“‘十三五’期間,高校教(jiao)材(cai)數量(liang)持續(xu)增長(chang),類型(xing)更(geng)加豐(feng)富(fu),我(wo)國正式出版(ban)的、版(ban)權頁標注‘教(jiao)材(cai)’字樣的高校新(xin)(xin)增教(jiao)材(cai)數量(liang)達4.3萬余種。”在教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)今天召開的教(jiao)育(yu)2020“收官”系(xi)列第七場新(xin)(xin)聞發布會(hui)上,教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)高等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)司一(yi)級巡視(shi)員宋毅(yi)介紹說(shuo)。

“除此之外(wai),還有(you)數量(liang)更為龐大的教(jiao)(jiao)學參考書(shu)、教(jiao)(jiao)輔用(yong)書(shu)以及未標(biao)識為教(jiao)(jiao)材但(dan)實際作為教(jiao)(jiao)材使用(yong)的出版物。”他(ta)表示,總的來看,高校教(jiao)(jiao)材建設有(you)兩方(fang)面特征:一(yi)是門類齊全、品種豐富。二是類型多樣、適用(yong)性提升。

宋毅表示,“十三五(wu)”時期,教育部深入貫(guan)徹落實黨中央、國務院決策部署,推動高校教材建(jian)設,堅持價值引領、堅守質(zhi)量為本、推進改革創(chuang)新、完善(shan)監督保(bao)障,適(shi)應我國高等教育從大(da)眾化邁入普(pu)及化階段發展(zhan)需要,與專業、課程改革同步,持續推進教材建(jian)設提高質(zhi)量、創(chuang)新發展(zhan)。

“強化教(jiao)材(cai)育人(ren)功(gong)能,把教(jiao)材(cai)作為加強高校思政工(gong)作的重(zhong)要載體(ti),作為全(quan)面推進課程思政建設的重(zhong)要抓手。”他(ta)表示,一是(shi)強化價值引領,助推專業教(jiao)育與思政教(jiao)育相融合(he)。二是(shi)立足中國實踐,反映國情民情。三是(shi)緊跟時代(dai)步伐,服務國家需求。

值得(de)關注的(de)是,“十三五(wu)”期間,我國搶(qiang)抓新技術(shu)帶來的(de)歷(li)史機遇,推出了一大批(pi)紙質+數字化資源教(jiao)材,以及(ji)融合互聯網、人工(gong)智能等信息(xi)技術(shu)的(de)虛擬(ni)現(xian)實(shi)、增強現(xian)實(shi)、配套移動(dong)軟件等表現(xian)豐富的(de)多(duo)介(jie)質教(jiao)材。

高校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)融(rong)入(ru)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、課程(cheng)(cheng)一體化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)改革,有(you)效保障了(le)培養質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)。“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、*課程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)全面(mian)(mian)(mian)推進,專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、課程(cheng)(cheng)與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)一體化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)改革已經(jing)成(cheng)為高等(deng)(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育深化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學改革、提高教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)重要保證。”宋毅就此介紹了(le)三方(fang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)工(gong)作(zuo),一是將(jiang)(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)納(na)入(ru)本(ben)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)國(guo)家標(biao)準。2018年,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部發布《普通高等(deng)(deng)學校(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)科(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)類教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)國(guo)家標(biao)準》,針對(dui)本(ben)科(ke)高校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)1049門專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)基礎(chu)課和3676門專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)核(he)心課,制定了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)及參考書目的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)規范,鼓勵高校(xiao)(xiao)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)規劃教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)、精品教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)等(deng)(deng)優(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)。二是將(jiang)(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)編(bian)寫與(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)納(na)入(ru)*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)和*課程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)指(zhi)標(biao)。自2019年起,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部面(mian)(mian)(mian)向全國(guo)高校(xiao)(xiao)開(kai)展*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、*課程(cheng)(cheng)遴(lin)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan),把優(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)作(zuo)為*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、*課程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)“硬指(zhi)標(biao)”,形成(cheng)了(le)“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)” “*課程(cheng)(cheng)”引領“*教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she),“*教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)支撐“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)”“*課程(cheng)(cheng)”的(de)(de)良性發展局面(mian)(mian)(mian)。三是將(jiang)(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)納(na)入(ru)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)監(jian)管系統。陸續將(jiang)(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)與(yu)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)納(na)入(ru)高校(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)科(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學工(gong)作(zuo)合格評(ping)估(gu)(gu)、審核(he)評(ping)估(gu)(gu)以(yi)及“雙*”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)高校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)考察(cha)范圍,強化(hua)(hua)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)跟蹤與(yu)監(jian)管。
