記者近日了(le)解到,為進(jin)一步推(tui)(tui)進(jin)全國文(wen)明城市(shi)創(chuang)建,蘭(lan)州市(shi)市(shi)場監(jian)督(du)管理局在全市(shi)范圍內各類(lei)餐廳、賓館、飯店、食堂等(deng)餐飲(yin)行(xing)業內推(tui)(tui)動文(wen)明餐桌(zhuo)行(xing)動,大力推(tui)(tui)廣使(shi)用公(gong)筷公(gong)勺分餐夾(jia),加強餐飲(yin)業衛生管理,6月1日,蘭(lan)州市(shi)市(shi)場監(jian)管局發布《推(tui)(tui)動文(wen)明餐桌(zhuo)暨公(gong)筷公(gong)勺分餐夾(jia)健(jian)康(kang)分餐行(xing)動的(de)通告(gao)》。
《通(tong)告》指出(chu),各餐(can)(can)(can)飲單(dan)位(wei)應按(an)照《甘肅省(sheng)文(wen)(wen)明行為促進條例》的有關規定,采用廣(guang)告牌、電子屏、牌桌(zhuo)、電子點餐(can)(can)(can)系統(tong)等公(gong)(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)接(jie)受程度高的方式加大宣傳,在(zai)餐(can)(can)(can)廳(ting)醒目位(wei)置懸掛、張貼或擺放公(gong)(gong)(gong)筷(kuai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)勺(shao)(shao)分餐(can)(can)(can)夾(jia)(jia)使用提示(shi)(shi),按(an)要(yao)求配備公(gong)(gong)(gong)筷(kuai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)勺(shao)(shao)分餐(can)(can)(can)夾(jia)(jia),設(she)立公(gong)(gong)(gong)筷(kuai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)勺(shao)(shao)分餐(can)(can)(can)夾(jia)(jia)專用存(cun)放區,規范(fan)服(fu)務(wu)提示(shi)(shi)用語,并落實到送(song)餐(can)(can)(can)、上菜、去污等環節(jie)(jie)的服(fu)務(wu)流(liu)程中,納入(ru)日常餐(can)(can)(can)飲服(fu)務(wu)管理,確保(bao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)筷(kuai)公(gong)(gong)(gong)勺(shao)(shao)分餐(can)(can)(can)夾(jia)(jia)全覆蓋。要(yao)在(zai)經營場所顯著位(wei)置展(zhan)示(shi)(shi)社(she)會主義(yi)核心價值觀(guan)、“講文(wen)(wen)明樹新風(feng)”公(gong)(gong)(gong)益廣(guang)告宣傳及行業(ye)規范(fan),設(she)置“遵德(de)守禮”“節(jie)(jie)儉養德(de)”或“文(wen)(wen)明餐(can)(can)(can)桌(zhuo)”“光(guang)盤行動(dong)”溫馨提示(shi)(shi)及文(wen)(wen)明就餐(can)(can)(can)宣傳畫(提示(shi)(shi)牌),提醒就餐(can)(can)(can)者按(an)需適量點餐(can)(can)(can);各旅(lv)游景區接(jie)待單(dan)位(wei)、“農家樂(le)”還應設(she)有文(wen)(wen)明旅(lv)游的告知、文(wen)(wen)明旅(lv)游提醒標語等,積極(ji)倡導綠色消費(fei)、堅決反對(dui)鋪(pu)張浪(lang)費(fei)文(wen)(wen)明就餐(can)(can)(can)行為。
《通告》要(yao)(yao)求,要(yao)(yao)確保(bao)餐(can)(can)飲場(chang)所干凈舒適整潔,確保(bao)餐(can)(can)飲場(chang)所誠信文(wen)明經營(ying)。要(yao)(yao)堅(jian)決(jue)杜絕餐(can)(can)桌浪費(fei)可(ke)恥(chi)行為,蘭州市賓館、飯店、酒店、單(dan)位(wei)食堂等(deng)各(ge)類餐(can)(can)飲單(dan)位(wei)要(yao)(yao)持續開展文(wen)明餐(can)(can)桌等(deng)宣傳活動,掀(xian)起節(jie)(jie)約光榮、浪費(fei)可(ke)恥(chi)等(deng)良(liang)好氛圍,積(ji)極推進光盤行動,“吃(chi)多少(shao),點多少(shao)”,“不(bu)(bu)剩(sheng)(sheng)飯,不(bu)(bu)剩(sheng)(sheng)菜”,全力(li)提升餐(can)(can)桌文(wen)明水平(ping),弘揚中華民族勤儉節(jie)(jie)約的(de)(de)傳統美德。各(ge)縣(xian)區市場(chang)監管部門要(yao)(yao)常(chang)(chang)態化開展“一(yi)月一(yi)主(zhu)題”餐(can)(can)桌不(bu)(bu)文(wen)明行為專項整治活動,督促各(ge)餐(can)(can)飲場(chang)所嚴(yan)格按照本通告要(yao)(yao)求,確保(bao)餐(can)(can)桌文(wen)明常(chang)(chang)態化、持續提升。同時(shi)倡(chang)議消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)者積(ji)極響應“文(wen)明健(jian)康(kang)、有你有我(wo)”、公筷公勺(shao)?健(jian)康(kang)分餐(can)(can)倡(chang)議活動,從(cong)根(gen)本上(shang)避免(mian)通過唾液(ye)傳播病原體的(de)(de)機會(hui),努力(li)踐行文(wen)明健(jian)康(kang)生活方式(shi),推動綠色消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)、健(jian)康(kang)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)費(fei)。
